Rules of the Guest House
– CHECK-IN –
Our Guest House does not offer a service of reception H24.
We guarantee our guests check-in from 13.00 to 16.00.
A different time for the arrival must been agreed with us at the moment of the booking or after but anyway within 48 hours of the arrival.
Check in after 20.00 has an extra cost of €20,00.
Check in after midnight has an extra cost of €30,00
Without this prior communication the guest might face an unexpected waiting that does not give right to any kind of reimbursement.
At the arrival the guest have to present a valid ID.
To guarantee the reservation should be given a credit card VISA-MASTERCARD that, where this can be justified, will also be used for the payment of any damage to the property or furniture.
– CHECK-OUT –
Rooms must be vacated by persons and by 10.30 am. Different times can be agreed.
– PAYMENTS –
The balance must be paid at check-in by credit card (which may also be different from that provided to guarantee the reservation), cashier’s checks or cash for an amount less than € 950,00.
– ELECTRONIC KEY CARD ACCESS –
At the check-in we’ll give to our guests an Electronic Key Card for the access to the Guest House and to their own room.
Our guests must to give back us their Electronic Key Card at the check-out.
In the event of loss we will charge a penalty of Euro 50,00 by the guest’s credit card for the replacement of each new Electronic Key Card.
– RESERVATION –
Following confirmation of availability will be required a deposit of 30% of the total booking to be paid within three days to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Paypal, or by bank transfer.
The rental period must be paid in full, even in the case of late arrival or early departure.
– REFUNDS –
The amount paid in advance is expected only in the event that the cancellation is communicated with a notice of at least 3 days prior to arrival, minus expenses for the transfer of funds. In the event that we were to be forced to cancel the booking, we will alert you immediately our guests and we will proceed with repayment of the deposit.
– ROOMS –
Each room has bed linen, towels and bath products. We provide a daily cleaning service of the room if it is vacated by 10:30.
– LUGGAGE –
Safekeeping of luggage is guaranteed every day from 9.00 to 1400. However different time can be agreed.
– VALUABLES –
The rooms are equipped with “safety box” digital combination. The property does not accept responsibility for any loss of objects left unattended.
– EXTERNAL GUESTS –
It is not allowed access to the Guest House to strangers does not regularly registered.
– SILENCE –
Please be considerate of other guests and/or tenants of apartment buildings, particularly between 14.00 and 15.30 and between 22.30 and 8.30.
– ANIMALS –
Pets are not allowed inside the Guest House.
– SMOKING –
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Guest House, in the common areas, in the rooms and bathrooms. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces.
– SERVICES –
In the mini bar our guests will find a small welcome.
The towels will be replaced automatically for stays longer than seven days; if replacement required during your stay can be left stranded in the bathroom.
Please do not leave wet towels on the bed or on other furniture.
– SAFETY –
Our guests should be sure to always close the doors and the windows of their own room and that the power is disconnected by removing the Electronic Key Card from the receiver. It is mandatory to close the main door of the building and the gate of access to the Guest House along the street.
– RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION –
We invite our guests to have to carefully remove the Electronic Key Card from the the receiver to the decommissioning of lights, the air conditioner and the TV every time you leave the room. Water is a precious resource, let’s make good use.
– COMMON SPACES –
We remember to our guests to not leave personal effects at the end of use of the common areas.
In case of violation of the law and / or rules of the Guest House, we reserve the right to ask to leave the property immediately with no refunds and, if necessary, with the intervention of the Police.
